I am currently designing counter agent products that will streamline our Rental Sales Agent process, allowing them to prioritise incremental sales and speed up checkouts. This product will be compatible with both tablets and agent monitors.

Worked on customer-facing applications, such as Sixt Plus and Business Partner interface. I have also contributed to the development of internal products such as - Location-based Commission - Mass Deal Creation - Claim Management System - Charge Monitor - Damages Reporting Tool, - Yield and pricing and - Orange sales boost. I created and improved various products within Salesforce such as Recruitment Tools, Performance Management Systems, Rate Extensions for B2B & B2C customers and Cost Center Management Solutions. These products were made to make processes simpler and more efficient. I also made sure our design system followed best practices by aligning it with Salesforce.
