Conduct market research for goods in different target countries. Establish and maintain contact with potential customers in countries defined during the period of work (United States, Jamaica, Paraguay, Costa Rica) providing the required information to each one of them to proceed according to their regulatory entities. Analyse the freight forwarders and customs agent characteristics in order to choose the best option to conduct the company´s foreign trade operations.

Review commercial invoices, requisitions, pre-form invoices and packing lists from other workmates in order to transfer them to client’s approval. Provide the documents to Argentinian market to certify the company’s products in order to be exported (quality certificates, non-recycled material, etc.) Assist the exports director within Market Research for new markets, such as Cuba, Costa Rica, Colombia, Equator, Peru, Bolivar, Australia, etc.

Type import statements according to customers requests and documents presented to the agency. Take care of the payments of imports registers and health certificates according to the product that would be imported, as well as arranging all the requirements in order to fulfill Colombian law for imports.
