−Develop a comprehensive program on indigenous women’s role in leadership, good governance, decision-making and resource management. −Support the building of strategic alliances and partnerships to implement the program “Towards the Empowerment of the Amazonian Indigenous Women in Colombia” −Provide programming guidance on women, governance, peace and security issues, among others. −Prepare analytical reports, background papers, gender analysis research and others.

−Act as a liaison between FAO program management and OPIAC. −Collaborates in capacity development activities involving the planning and organizing of training workshops, seminars, and major meetings in the Colombian Amazon. −Support the drafting and editing of a final recommendations report on food security for indigenous communities in Colombia.

−Lead the formulation, implementation and evaluation of projects to support and enhance the access to justice of the Amazonian Indigenous Women. −Organize capacity development activities involving the planning and methodological frameworks of training workshops, seminars, and major meetings aimed to indigenous women of the Colombian Amazon. −Prepare a final report on the political participation of the indigenous women of the Colombian Amazon in their local organizations

−Research and develop campaigning strategies to improve the environmental education program of the Center. −Write analysis on the social impacts of coal-mining in order to provide independent advice to promote Corporate Social Responsibility inside the mining companies. −Support the drafting and editing of proposals and projects on environmental education.

−Write analysis and reports on the political and social situation in Bogotá, in particular with respect to the indigenous people and internally displaced population. −Advice the Councillor on key political and social developments with special reference to political control of the Capital District´s government. −Analyze and provide inputs for the formulation of public policies on water management, protection of indigenous people and food security.

−Understanding the Relations Between Economics and Ethics. −Understanding the Relations Between Politics and Ethics. −Theories of roles of government, institutions and firms achieving ethically acceptable outcomes. −Human Resource Management, Organizational Studies.
