Head of Access and Approvals for one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects (TAP AG: BP / SOCAR / SNAM/ Fluxys / Enagas / Axpo) leading the strategic and day to day management of a complex Land and Permitting process across jurisdictions, involving a large number of stakeholders ranging from governmental, regional, municipal and local authorities and directly affected persons.

Senior Legal Counsel for one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects, responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the Company across various jurisdictions.

Represented clients in large M&A transactions, led negotiations and provided wide range of advice, including on the transaction and payment structure and drafted all contractual documentation, including LoI, NDA, SPA etc. Provided strategic advice on complex IP/trademark issues and licensing agreements.

Corporate and Maritime Department

Prepared UNDP's Policy Note, an internationally distributed document that generates policy guidelines for strengthening activities in development themes; coordinated the Community Action 2005 project; co-organized global workshops on community capacity development in Tanzania, Thailand, Nairobi and Mauritius; supervised best-practices project - Lessons Learned from UNDP's engagement with local communities; and planned and developed a knowledge-management tool - UNDP's work with local communities.

Two year full-time program with a focus on Public and Private International Law, EC Law, International Arbitration and International Environmental Law.
