• Responsible for the daily operations of the MSP and SOW program at a client in the public services industry • Responsible for hiring, performance reviews and pay reviews of the program staff • Management of program staff to ensure program goals are met (quality, client, supplier & resource satisfaction, time to fill, etc.) • Managing the program budget • Supply base management • Share local market knowledge with client • Giving ad hoc support towards BD when required
