• Handling various trademark and general IP prosecution matters, mainly concentrated on renewals. • Handling general prosecution timeline for renewals. • Timely reporting of communications to the client and foreign associates and timely handling of various prosecution formalities. • Supporting attorneys within IP law mainly on trademark cases. Drafting letters and official documents. • Administrating and following-up files, price-quotes, invoices and billing. • Independent monitoring of deadlines.

• Overall responsibility of prosecution services with 3 direct reports • Counselling domestic and foreign clients, especially on trademarks and designs • Providing legal opinions on trademarks • Providing opposition and cancellation petitions • Client relationship management (including acquiring new accounts) • Representing the Firm in international meetings, conferences • Contributing industry related publications

• Leading the team responsible for national, international and regional trademark applications, pre and post procedures of due official requirements • Responsible for all due procedures to be followed before the local authorities • Preparing and providing training sessions to corporate Client’s strategic team and R&D team
