Main tasks: Responsible of the definition and execution of upgrade plans (both SW and HW) on Huawei NGN-Sigtran and Digitalk-ISDN technologies. Cooperate narrowly with vendors prior and after the deployment of nodes or implementation or new services. Provide third line support and expertise to the Network Operation Center (NOC) and Provision engineers on Enterprise and Wholesale telephony services. Documentation.
