- Support daily operations over virtualized environment, propose solutions focus on IaC paradigm, develop, implement and enhance such solutions over time; implement and maintain monitoring systems for many divers types of services and systems. - First level support for our customers from various areas, receiving, recording and processing support requests, also communicate with customers, advise and assist them with their support requests or pass support requests to the expert teams.

- 3 years working in L2 support related with operative system and Middleware. The company had over 3.500 servers Windows and Linux in production environment and other 2.500 servers in testing environment, all the issues and request about these servers were resolved by me and my team. - Experience in MFT (Primeur Spazio MFT) support, working in SCRUM methodology deploying improvements and automated tasks. Here I worked with MFT, bash, powershell, python and SCRUM methodology.

Responsible for level 2 support of all the company's computing infrastructure, servers, workstation, notebooks and network devices. I worked with VmWare, Ubuntu, Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Fortinet and Exchange 2010.

Technician level 1 working in Banco Chile and Caja de Compensación 18 de Septiembre, Desktop Remote and on site attender in receiving, validating and registering customer requests. I participated in the workstation upgrade of Windows 2000 to Windows XP in Banco Chile around all the country.
