Main duties were associated with the Human Resource Department. The job role required me to recruiting staff from pool of candidates which was sometimes as big as 500 applications. I was responsible for developing relationships with internal clients management teams, understanding the needs of upcoming programs and working closely with Mosaic's recruiting team in executing a recruiting strategy to get candidates hired.
