Drive transition of financial accounting processes into a Shared Services Center, support SAP R/3 introduction in own organization, manage a team in three countries, provide business administration services like HR services, expatriate management, planning & controlling, negotiations with unions

Planning budgets, reporting, monitoring, forecasting & controlling for various business units, prepare feasibility studies for decision making, prepare HR topics in depth such as union negotiations or comparison of health insurance costs and conditions

Substituting accountants in various parts of the world during short term assignments (Canada, India, Switzerland, Zimbabwe, Nigeria). Running operational accounting tasks with smaller teams.
