• Led MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) analysis and TPM/Kobetsu Kaizen improvement projects on two production lines: High-Temperature Filter Line (cycle time reduced from 833s to 450s, -45.97%; daily output increased from 39 to 73 units, +87.17%; line staffing reduced from 4 to 3 operators) and HEPA Filter Line (cycle time reduced from 193s to 154s, -20.2%; daily output increased from 170 to 213 units, +25.3%; 1 headcount freed up).
