In this role I managed the global team of customer engineers. Both for the Network area as for the Managed Microsoft Lync deployments. The team consists out of expert engineers distributed over US, China, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Italy and France With the team we took responsibility over the medium and low-level designs of the solutions sold to customers, we deployed the first pilot sites and than transfered further deployment and daily operations to the operations and Service assurance team.

I managed 3 company wide programs: - large network migration from own infrastructure to a wholesale model - automation of CPE deployment, reaching 80% zero-touch deployment - Transferred the voice offering from traditional TDM to VoIP (Skype 4 Business)

• Management of all Northern Europe Operations, reporting to the Group Operations Director and the Northern Europe Managing Director • Manage all operational activities (80 FTE), including overall budget responsibility

Management of the Benelux Operations depart ment, reporting to the group Operations Director and Benelux Managing director * Head of the company Information Security Team

Management of the Engineering & Operations department (50 FTE, budget MEUR15), reporting to the group CTO * Head of the company Information Security Team * Responsible for all engineering & technical operations (Voice/Data/Internet networks)

* Management of the SP department (30 FTE) reporting to the CTO * IP-network operations covering 42 sites and 200+ routers (excluding CPEs) * Company server park, covering more than 150 servers * Internal IT helpdesk, all desktop/laptop & applications related support
