Key Responsibilities: - Cross-Market Data Management: Led the comprehensive management of data across multiple markets, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and availability to support data-driven decision-making on a global scale. - Analytics Leadership (Auto and Real Estate): Took on the pivotal role of overseeing and driving data analytics initiatives for two key branches within OLX: the Auto and Real Estate segments. - Decentralized Team Management. - Stakeholder Collaboration.

I was responsible for a team of more than 140 qualified data scientists and in charge of all areas of Avito analytics (product, marketing, sales, customer service, management, operational, etc.). We logged around 9 bln new events on a daily basis, held and analysed about 1000 TB of raw data in the warehouse, built out of 500 analytics marts. I led around 150 experiments per month, thus creating with my team over 3.000 data reports using Tableau.

I joined Superjob in a role of a data analyst, growing first into senior analyst role and later becoming Head of Analytics. I was the very first analyst at Superjob. The experience of building analytical structure from scratch is the one of my most valuable experiences. I was responsible for product, sales and operational analytics as well as analytical experiments.

I was the very first analyst at OPS. I was responsible for sales and operational analytics, sales KPIs as well as income and sales forecast modelling. I created also all management reports for data-informed decision making.

I was part of the neural network department and developed models of artificial neural networks as a post-graduate student and junior research scientist. I was a speaker at science conferences and was published in related scientific journals. The main area of interest of our department was associative memory and pattern recognition problems. We were developing non-parametric vector neural networks that could store millions of images and recover them when 90% distorted.

During my academic journey, I pursued a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a strong passion for research and innovation in the field. Unfortunately, life presented unexpected but beautiful changes, and I made the decision to start a family. As a result, I had to put my doctoral studies on hold. While I was unable to complete the program at that time, I am immensely proud of the progress I made and the knowledge I gained during my tenure as a Ph.D. candidate.
