-Fabrication of core shell III-V nanowires of InAs(Sb) and (Al) GaSb using selective growth of molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). -Processing and characterization of InAs and GaAs MOS capacitors. Studying their interface traps with different dielectric thickness and impact of different temperatures. -Processing and electrical characterization of InAs/GaSb NW Esaki tunnel diodes.

- Fabrication of TIPS Pentacene Organic Field Effect Transistor with back gate( Poly Si) and top contact (Au) using spin coating and drop casting process. -Characterization of OFETs for studying the impact of spin speed on threshold voltage, mobility, sub threshold slope.

-Study and analysis of electrical characterization of diodes,FOXFETs, MOSCAP. -Study and analysis interface state trap density and interface charge in dielectric layers of various stack layers using charge pumping technique and flat band voltage, threshold voltage analysis. -Developing the Labview program for spectral measurements.

Supported for electromagnetic noise removal from the UDV profile and plotting of vector flows in 1,2,3D quiver and contour plots using python and Matlab

1.Had worked on handling the automotive framework of AUTOSAR layers such as error management and handling 2. Handled coding and sensor replacement detection, vehicle identification number monitoring for next generation VW Golf.

1.Requirements handling for error management and diagnostics services for VW camera sensor. 2.Developed customer specific vehicle monitoring and implemented diagnostic trouble codes for VW. 3.Worked with FMEA team and implemented the failure monitoring.

1.Worked for Diagnostics Development and Testing for VW Customer. 2.Canoe rest bus simulation and configuring Diagnostics Trouble codes (DTCs)and Error Management for Tesla as per UDS. 3.Worked on Requirements Gathering on Diagnostics for Customer Geely. 4. Worked on unit test frame work for complete CAN stack. 5. Performed system testing using rest bus simulation (CANoe).
