    I did my two-week internship as a 10th Grader at Airbus Cabin Electronic Systems. I worked in multiple divisions throughout the production facility, including, but not limited to, SMDs (Surface Mounted Devices), Manual Component Placement, and testing and certification. I got great insights into the production and technology used in Cabin Electronics in all Airbus planes, ranging from the A318 to the A380.

    In this degree programme, I studied disciplines such as aerodynamics, materials and structures, propulsion, orbital and flight mechanics and control systems. I applied these disciplines to apply to aircraft, spacecraft, wind turbines and drones. I worked on many projects, for example, the augmentation of a Kalman Filter with a genetic algorithm for the improvement of a drone's state estimation process. My final project was the design of an integrated payload-lifting autonomous drone swarm.
