Evolving Huf to a functional organization, I was in charge of the operational and strategic processes of the group on the customer front-end.

As leader of the now combined Business Unit Exterior & Access, I was driving the transformation of Huf's business with products like door handles, charging port covers, roof antenna housings, kick sensors, inductive emblems, camera carriers, etc.

Huf Group is a privately held industrial group, leading in it's field - the supply of mechanical and electronic key systems, lock sets, steering locks, remote control systems, telematic and tire pressure monitoring systems for the automotive industry. I my role, I was overall responsible for the business with Exterior Solutions.

20 years of experience in the automotive supply industry, thereof 15 years in general management roles, ranging from Electronics (Infotainment, Body Electronics, Chassis Electronics, ADAS) via Mechatronics (Actuators, Sensors, Pumps) and Electrics (Wire Harness, Connectors, Junction Boxes) to Mechanics (Foundation Brakes, Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems).

Turning Tenneco Clean Air, a >6B US$ business dedicated to equipment designed to meet global emission regulations for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment, towards a higher level of product-focus for the next generations of systems and components.

Responsible for Business Group driving change in business-model of LEONI towards products as addition to Wire Harness confectioning business. Within Business Group driving the growth in four Business Units, namely Components (= Junction Boxes & Electronics), Connectivity (= Connectors), Electromobility (= Wiring and EDS Equipment for electric powertrain) and SI (= Auxiliary Harness business with other Tier 1 suppliers). As Member of the Executive Board also driving the direction of the overall Division.
