-Project Leader to develop new exhaust systems for Piaggio, Hero MotoCorp, and Kawasaki Motors. -Studied and reviewed product feasibility, engineering specifications, and manufacturing methods. -Worked on defining APQP schedules and PPAP documents in consultation with multiple departments. -Individually oversee development activities and proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient product development.

-Performed test setup for experimentation and functional verification against freeze parameters of flow switch and temperature sensors. -Analyzed and reported the daily field performance data collected via SCADA systems. -Studied, investigated and experimented at the research site to determine the limitations of the product, and then integrated new components according to data analysis. -Defined FTA charts to identify the root cause and deploy CAPA.

Worked on the problem of line loss during spacer arrangement in Rear Axle Assembly. Performed rigorous data collection on the shop floor to analyze and act on each point.

Worked on Detection and Elimination of Defects in the Chassis Assembly Line. Listed and suggested remedies to the defects by analyzing the quality gate reports of 2 months.
