As a part of Cost control & Operations support team, my main responsibilities were:- • Analyzed and approved Inland as well as feeder Work orders for Europe Region. • Verified the transport cycle with regards to cost, equipment type, vendor and surcharges against manifested movements. • Controlled the inland and feeder costs by ensuring the usage of cheapest vendor/ mode by agency. • Monitored of agency performance with regards to completion of inland movements within the stipulated time line.
