At the bank's head office, I have established a management reporting and performance evaluation system from scratch for the new customer support unit. The unit has over 4,000 employees and combines a call centre for corporate clients, a middle office for centralising document management and a remote sales and telemarketing department. My team has developed a single data model to consolidate over 40 source systems. I have also implemented a bonus/reward system for all 4K employees in 60+ roles.

I was responsible for project management and performance of consulting projects to regional SMEs. 49 projects of different complexity were competed during the work period. Types of projects: - Development and implementation of budgeting and planning tools; - Development and implementation of the systems of management accounting and preparation of management reporting; - Development of financial models for investment projects evaluation and preparation of business plans.

I conducted external audit of the financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRSs as adopted by the EU. The audited companies were investment and holding companies.
