Contract management and contract correspondence. Scheduled and conducted meetings to discuss construction procedures, progress and scheduling with Contractor. Took part in coordinating the processing of change orders. Took part in inspections of the works and prepared of a Punchlist. Took part in commissioning of a facilities.

Liaised with subcontractors. Wrote protocols on regular on-site planning meetings. Preparation, approval and compliance of design documentation. Ensured Quality control on site. Monitored site progress. Controlled issuing of Architectural and Engineering drawings from Germany. Building codes compliance. Translated contsruction documents and during meetings from German into Russian and vice versa. Scheduling. Took part in commissioning of a facility (airport terminal).

Fulfill sales volumes (windows and facade systems, PVC profile). Supervising clients. Gave trainings to sales managers by our clients, in REHAU Academy. Started up of new firms (manufactures of PVC windows and Alu facades). Prepare to exhibitions. Tendered for objects through competitive tender processes and negotiated for work on this object (apply our PVC Profile ) with our housing, social builders. Work with contracts. Market research. Translated technical info. Claim processing.
