Development of IP connectivity backbone network for PJSC MegaFon AS31133. Finding partners for IP-connectivity (Uplink, Peering, IX). Traffic analysis via Uplinks, Peering, IX using traffic analysis systems. Configuration of IP/MPLS backbone network, working with equipment such as Cisco and Juniper. Experience configuring international, regional and local peering connections with ISPs.
