- Monitoring link health,utilization,SNMP via Solarwinds and managing incidents over Salesforce CRM system. - Troubleshooting on Cisco routers 800/900/1800/1900/ISR 4K, ASR, and cisco L3 catalyst switches(2K/3K/9K). - SD-WAN support while overseeing underlays (DIA etc..) and overlays. - Handling link migration projects and following the proper processes for successful migration.

- Provided incident support for residential and corporate customers as L1 front line support in the ISP team. - Troubleshot various network issues including DSL, fiber, and microwave links. - Monitored TCP/IP traffic and collaborated with NOC team to resolve network problems efficiently, along with other departments as needed. - Configuration of modems, routers, firewalls, access points & repeaters. - Dealing with domain incidents ( emailing , hosting etc.. ).
