- provide consulting services for imlementation for discretionary portfolio management and risk management using machine /deep learning (AI) for asset management and WM firms: - people management skills (hiring, objective settings, valuation and control) - active strategies implementation (B&H, long/short, long-only strategies, statistical arbitrage, market neutral, enhanced indexing strategies); - hedge fund strategies support (CTA, Managed Futures, Global Macro, Value, Momentum)

- interaction with Finance Department about business analytics and project management tasks; - development and optimization of P&L calculation for the Finance Department (Equities, Fixed Income); - taking part with corporate strategy approval; - development of proposals for process optimization for the Finance Department (development of processes for accounting for P&L on traded products); - interaction with business managers to analyze needs and tasks; - people management (8 people) and objecting settings.
