A company that does freight forwarding and customs clearance of a range of goods. It is is part of holding “Euroterminal LLC” that has several terminals in Port of Odessa and nearby. When I was hired as a CEO, the company consisted of 2 freelancers (one freight forwarder and one customs clearance broker) processing 1-5 orders per month. As of February 2022, the company employs 16 people and processes between 200 and 500 orders per month.

The company delivers vehicles and documentation from auctions (IAAI, Copart, Manheim) in the USA to Ukraine. My task was to find carriers through the CentralDispatch, hire them and control transportation of vehicles including oversized (trucks, yachts, trailers).
