Safe Neighborhood supports authorities by providing citizens and emergency personnel with the tools to help report, respond to, and prevent safety and security incidents during an urban emergency. Using mobile phones and other devices such as tablets and sensors, participants can proactively report incidents to the Urban Disaster Management Command & Control, augmenting reports with visual, audio, or textual data to provide context.

As a member of GIS infrastructures team, worked for developing the Next-Generation strategic\military project. The technologies used by the team include: .NET 4.0, Windows Forms, C# and ESRI products: ArcEngine, ArcObjects, ArcServer, ArcDesktop. My responsibilities included: • Defining, designing and implementing client/server business logic components; • Schedule management, versions control & management, cross team schedule & requirements coordination. • Mapping team architecture expert.

Main target of my duties was back-end components development for both MyThings and Trace projects using C#, NHibernate, LINQ, Generics, Reflection technologies, business logic development, integration programs, Web Services, imports of large amount of data using BCP, Windows Services, large pieces of logic in T-SQL code (stored procedures, functions, performance optimization), crawlers.

On this position my primarily occupation was developing of ASP.NET web applications using C#, Oracle, SQL Server for data management of different stages of a large scale, industry leading product development cycle.
