Responsible for various segments of the DCS system and its’ interfaces to other systems such as Historian, Backups, MES, LIMS, OSI Pi etc. Working within the S88 standard based design, development and commissioning of pharmaceutical Critical Utilities, USP and DSP DCS subsystems (multiprojects) as well as connecting them. Working with customer team and other contractors on global library development and instances. Supporting user management and system maintenance of servers and client machines.

Responsibilities included designing electrical hardware, schematics, analyzing various component specifications and their integration, including motors, sensors, controllers, power electronics, industrial communication, switchgear etc. PLC programming and commissioning. Working with BOMs, vendors, customers and providing support for the teams onsite.

Working for a 1.5 bil EUR CAPEX project in Ulm, Germany. Responsibilites on supervising HMI topics, customization to meet URS and FS specification, developing of EMT phases, development of SIMATIC Route Control transfers of materials, handling simulation of the developed software on the SIMIT platform and doing software FAT with customer.

Programming and Commissioning of multiple projects related to process industry such as steam boilers, municipal water distribution pumping stations and waste water treatment plants in SIEMENS S7-1200 PLCs, WinCC SCADA and HMIs in TIA Portal.
