- Interviewed 500+ candidates. - Helped 100+ developers to find their dream job. - Organised and facilitated 3 SCRUM workshops to internal teams. - Led a Freshdesk user support team of 4 where my tasks involved creating templates, responding to requests and providing feedback to the product team to improve the efficiency of Honeypot's platform.

- Briefly supported the development of an in-house HR platform.

- Drove the development of the trivago corporate pages in 3 months, 1 month before the deadline and successfully increased user traffic by 15%. - Drove development of the trivago Hotel Relations pages in 1 month. - Successfully implemented the Workday HR System within trivago for 1500+ employees. - My role as a project manager in a small core team of 4 consisted of configuring key business processes, testing and close collaboration with external consultants throughout.
