Financial controlling for Baxalta GmbH in Zug (Hematology, Immunology & Oncology), acquired by Shire in 2016, today part of Takeda. • P&L and balance sheet analyses under US GAAP for the monthly closing, variances to forecast and budget • Trade gross profit reporting by product • Baxalta and Shire post-merger integration: process harmonisation, consolidation of group results and SAP implementation (mapping of accounts and cost centres from JD Edwards)

Business controlling in the Propulsion & Controls (PPC) division. • Built and maintained the percentage-of-completion (POC) valuation tools for all PPC projects across more than 10 countries; consolidated and analysed Asia-Pacific • Cost and profitability reporting under IFRS; PPC hub charges incl. FX hedging • Excel/VBA tools automating reporting; worldwide rollout of a new project forecast tool
