Led global Data-In operations for the Market Intelligence PoS value chain, covering operational delivery, support structures, technology pipelines and transformation initiatives across international teams. Held global ownership for production workflows and delivery structures across multiple sites; led 63 FTE across Germany, Bulgaria, Malaysia and Pakistan; managed $7–14M budgets, and capacity steering; achieved ~22% YoY cost reduction and manual workload by ~35% through automation and process redesign.
