Product lead of an RPA product; fully owned the product vision, strategy and roadmap. One of my core responsibilities was empowering my team of engineers and designers to do their best work through different means (e.g. user story creation, requirement refinement, mockup creation). Another key task in my role was to meet with various internal and external stakeholders to figure out what my team needed to build and why we needed to build it.

- Researched digital business models and business model strategies across 18 different industries - Created 20 case studies focusing on how different companies use developers and platform strategies to extend their business models - Companies studied include startups like DJI or Stripe as well as big companies like Apple or John Deere

Developed software using AngularJS Created implementation concepts with external project team to align frontend and backend Collaborated with engineers and product owners to integrate new features, discuss user feedback, and plan product roadmap Assisted project manager with sprint planning, work package creation, and effort scoping Assisted designers with UI/UX design to align technical implementation with user requirements Improved code quality by lowering technical debt from 16 to 2 days

Part of an agile team developing a workflow application for the procurement department of a global company Learned Javascript and AngularJS within 1 month, delivering over 50 commits during the internship Created parts of the software by myself as well as in cooperation with other engineers Assisted the project manager with feature testing and backlog grooming in JIRA

During my time at Inpro-Soft, I was responsible for testing newly developed features for an ERP system. I was tasked with finding any bugs or inconsistencies in new versions and communicate them back to the developers to ensure optimal software quality on release. Additionally, I authored large parts of the online documentation of the software and created tutorial videos for various functions of the ERP system.
