Goal of this project was to analyze SAP’s new midsize-company software SAP Business ByDesign and the used eSOA software architecture with regard to performance, flexibility, extensibility and other important criteria. Major tasks: End-to-End process analysis for Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order, business process optimization, weak-point analysis, to-be process definition, process mapping to SAP Business ByDesign.
