Job description : - processing and resolving multiple queries in German & English re. expenses, claims, refundable money, business travels etc. on daily basis. - responding to calls and solving problems related to business travels (German). - communication channel between German speaking employees & processing team (English). - provide customere service via phone & e-mails and adhere to company policy. - reinvoicing - taking part in internal trainings & projects.
