Within theFine chemicals manufacturing division, I manage capital projects from Conceptual Design and Basic Design to Execution and Close-Out, applying the Global Engineering standards. • Manage cross functional and multi-cultural project teams. • Prepare Requests for Proposal to engineering firms for Conceptual and Basic Design studies. • Follow Projects execution. • Lead Steering Committee meetings and prepare Management Investment Committee packages for go/no go decision.

Team up to 18 people, projects portfolio 12–15 M€ • Lead investment strategic plan for the site and prepare annual capital budget process. • Contracting Management: Suppliers performance tracking). Lead bidding process for major purchases. • Manage capital projects stage gate review, monitor life cycle costs, and corporate reporting. • Responsible for recruiting and development plans of internal and external partners • QA Internal auditor (ISO9001), environment (ISO14001) and safety (OHSAS 18001).

• Managed a 15 multidisciplinary technicians team (electricians, instrumentists, mechanicals, metrologists) and 3rd party contractors, with a budget of 6 M€/year, including preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. • Led improvement projects with Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance methodologies.

• Managed an 8 technicians team (electricians, instrumentists, mechanicals and UIC inspectors) in charge of regulatory and predictive controls. • Drove reliability projects with lean manufacturing tools. (Six Sigma) • Led the PSM (Process Safety Management) on the site.

• Managed the engineering, methods and project quotation departments (11 technicians and engineers). • Responsible for QA/QC on manufactured gears.

• Leader of the Challenge cost reduction program on my department (200 people, 60M€ manufacturing costs). • Supervised lean tools deployment (5S, HACCP, TPM, SMED, PDCA, Visual Management,..).

• Responsible of a degreasing line start-up (15M€ investment, 4.5M€/y manufacturing costs ) • Drove a task force to improve reliability.
