I was hired in a role of Sr. Project Manager and functioning as the Cloud Platform Manager for a number of large private clouds based upon OpenStack and additionally providing managed services for a number of base platform services.

Selected (promoted) to this newly created role, to manage an international team of System Architects, Solution Architects, Program Managers, and Technical Project Managers and reporting into the Director, Cloud Solutions Delivery.

Service delivery and project management for OpenStack cloud analysis, design, and implementation projects for Fortune 100 enterprises within EMEA

Reported directly to the Group Director, Consulting and Education - EMEA I was hired by Citrix to provide leadership and professionalize the cloud consulting practice at the time, when the company decided to transition their cloud services business to operate in separate geographic regions Globally. Managed the EMEA cloud consulting practice and professional services delivery for Citrix’s cloud solutions.

Reported directly to the Global Director, ESS Security Technologies. Managed and responsible EMEA and APJ Technical Support for Symantec’s Security Technology products (Compliance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Encryption.) Managed a 60-person multi-national/-lingual Technical Support Engineer organization and managers located in Frankfurt, Dublin, Warsaw, Sydney, and Tokyo. Close collaboration and integration with EMEA & APJ sales, professional services, and customer and core engineering & QA teams.
