Focus on realization of intended business results, business process re-engineering, transformation and change management. Achieved significant savings. Strategy and execution of project to assure product supply while rapid merger of three entities caused immediate risk on production, distribution and sales (8.000 sku's, significant $MM sales). Installation of PLM system for 10.000 packaging components.

Managed transformational business process re-engineering to install LEAN Manufacturing processes for team of 35 persons working in customer services, logistics/warehousing, supply chain, artwork development and new product planning. Assured supply from this largest global supply site in challenging environment. Responsible for external manufacturing on two UK locations of contract manufacturers of global supply.

Technical transfer and new product launches of new products for global supply. Installed SAP-PLM ahead of corporate SAP installation. Installation of solutions for country specific Anti-Counterfeiting, Serialization &Track-and-Trace requirements. Responsible for rationalization of packaging operations for 20 sites. Reduced labeling costs by optimizing package portfolio (standardization, multi-market labeling, etc.). Set up PLM business process for decision making, including governance process, metrics etc.

Lead business process improvements of quality systems for change control, incident management, artwork, labelling and packaging. Headed team responsible for batch disposition of human health pharmaceuticals, vaccines and veterinary products to 140 export markets.
