Lacap was formed in September 2000, and has grown to be a group practice of over 30 senior and 15 junior therapists. Our core is individual long and short term counselling & psychotherapy. But we also offer Couples therapy, CBT therapy and, from spring 2009, Group therapy. We meet with over 500 clients every week.
