- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, such as reviewing exceptions in the system for purchase orders, the accuracy of the install base, and data quality of feedback from install partners. - Maintain required geo-contractors and installation partners via email or chat. - Actively manage sales order data to support the timely delivery of printers to customers. - Communicate with geo-contractors to track deliveries for orders and installations. - Support special customer requirements.

Asset Management is responsible for providing timely support and proper delivery of solutions to customers by performing regular proactive maintenance in accordance with the Management Print Services (MPS) contract. Responsibilities: Exporting data using SAP BO Produce timely reports for dashboards using Microsoft Offices.
