As I signed my contract right after my thesis defense my big dream about travelling had been cancelled... and postponed as I was facing more-more career challenges as a recruiter. Turning into my 30s brought me back to my private plans. In these 4 months of backpacking, I expanded my economic&cultural views, mastered my budgeting&planning skills, and definitely become a sharp negotiator. Unfortunately, I also needed to learn how to adapt to unanticipated situations, improvise new plans.

I managed and drove the entire end-end recruitment process: speaking directly to hiring managers, providing useful insights. I played an important part in our weekly team meetings: sharing knowledge/expertise about recruitment trends, difficult to fill vacancies, projects. I worked closely together with HMs: updating them regularly about vacancy and candidate progress, ensuring an extraordinary CA/HM experience.

I helped clients in DACH region better manage their customer master data (doctors and hospitals) to improve data quality. To be able to do so, I contacted Health Care Organisations and Health Care Professionals to verify profile information. I obtained and refreshed the most current version of various data elements using standard methods of research (verification through the internet, outgoing phone calls), applied new verified data elements to core database records.
