Coordination of 4 cross-divisional project workstreams & 10 project leaders. Successful introduction of iPads, new Customer Management Software and electronic detail aids for the complete sales force, incl. change management (communication & training).

Product and Medical Marketing Management for the Novartis flagship brands Diovan, CoDiovan, Exforge, ExforgeHCT in cardiovascular therapeutic areas (hypertension, heart failure, myocardial infarction). Achieved market leadership in hypertension market 2009. Performed yearly launches and portfolio extensions.
