As a consultant for chemical process safety I advise on all matters of thermal process safety, risk analysis, explosion protection, chemical hazard analysis; as well as training of clients in these areas.

As a process engineer in the Improve Plant department my main activities were: - managing projects from the conceptual phase to implementation; - driving continuous improvement efforts (DICI) by training employees in methods for set-up time reduction; - supporting our Operate Plant department in the daily business by challenging KOPs, addressing performance killers, and supporting the implementation of Lean principles.

Adsorption-based gas separation processes in the context of carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS). Specifically, the thermodynamic and kinetic behavior of multicomponent mixtures in fixed beds during cyclic adsorption processes such as pressure and/or temperature swing adsorption.
