My mission is to push up the sales, by entering new (big) accounts and therefore new challenging projects. I try to focus on relevance (real value-added online experience for both customer and visitor) and objectification (campaign targets definition, ROI calculation). My position is therefore customer oriented about 80% of the time. The remaining 20%, I take care of Bureau347 resources planning, communication strategy and partnerships.

I am doing there all the "customer-side" jobs. That is mainly : Looking for new business, negotiating and managing projects on their full life-cycle, marketing them and discussing brand-identity, advising on social media strategies, defining targets&KPI's, and finally analyzing&reporting a campaign's ROI.

As an ACCOUNT MANAGER, I am doing there several and multidisciplinary tasks since the company is <10 people: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT : This comprises prospecting the market for new opportunities, presenting the products to potential customers, redacting an appropriate offer according to their needs and budget, and in the end (hopefully!) negotiating and signing a contract. PROJECT & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT : Following-up of the project and the people implicated from A to Z. etc
