The Vanilla project aims to reinvent the way Web applications are developed at bwin, significantly reducing the development effort and time-to-market for new ventures. Using agile development principles, a solid architectural foundation (dependency injection, strict tier and layer isolation, modularity and composability) and the best .NET technology available, it creates the platform on which future Web applications will be built.

As part of the Games and Integrations team, I was the the lead of the C#/.NET, database and front-end development teams. My responsibilities included managing the development process and team members, providing architectural and technical advice to stakeholders, as well as leading the .NET research and development work.

With Syntegra as a near-shoring partner of bwin, I have developed the Bwin Community Shoutbox; it was a prototype of social networking integration with the main betting offer. It allowed users to voice their opinions when adding a bet, enabling a social effect via integration with popular services such as Facebook and Twitter.

Graduated as a Computer Science Engineer (full English curriculum). Java, C#, C/C++, Delphi programming. UML, architecture, distributed systems, TCP/IP, networking protocol, basic hardware design.
