Spearheaded supply chain to support sales and established product lines from Romania and Bulgaria plants, while controlling distribution costs and preparing annual operation plans. Efficiently managed the logistics budget of €30 million annually.

Co-operated with production planning and production manager to create a master production schedule with 98% service levels and minimum inventory. Liaised with facilities manager to develop and implement preventative maintenance of machines. Collaborated with QA manager to ensure quality products without future problems, pass all external audits.
