    I am a Senior Business Analyst/Business Relationship Manager focussing on Support and Tool/Process deployment, as well as Change Management. My role has included development of new, and effective use of existing communication channels into the global Nokia R&D Developer community. I used video (both live action and animation), audio, SocialCast (internal Facebook/LinkedIn), as well as irc channels, intranet pages and intranet portals, and emails to engage with a development community under constant change.

    I have worked as a Photographer on the Queer performance scene in London, working with WoteverWorld, Duckie, Eat Your Heart Out, and David Hoyle. My photographs have been published in Diva, Qx, Out and the Guardian newspaper. My philosophy on community photography means that the images are released on my website as well as social networking sites. Using Twitter and Facebook to publicize releases of photographs, I have a loyal following of over 1500 people, rising 30% in the past 12 months.

As part of this role I designed an internal support portal and communications to the 1800+ global customer base, using existing communications channels, and developing a video and podcasting channel, interviewing senior Symbian management and Tool Developers about upcoming projects.

During this time I was the lead BA when the team deployed of multiple systems into a government department (NICE, NICE Analyser, Avaya Telephony, Avaya Contact Centre Express, Blue Pumpkin, CMS), deployed Genesys into multi-site multi platform configuration and installed Avaya Telephony systems into a Financial institutions contact centre. I also built a quality consultancy based around the NICE product.
