I have led various software and research projects two decade. The size of projects have varied from small one man study project to big implementation project, which has involved several dozen person. Typically projects have been international multi-site combinations. I'm also experienced in system architect and implementation expert roles. I do get the best motivated when I am able to start a work from a rough idea or requirement and together with both the customer and the project team we can surpass customer expectations on time. Specialties: Project management, ML/AI applications, 5G, SW design, implementation and testing, system architecture design, ubiquitous computing & IoT, UAV & UAS, context-aware solutions, printed electronics, sensor technology, new technology sourcing and UX design.
