- Configuration, commissioning and system integration of Huawei MSAN/DLSAM equipment family and Alcatel-Lucent DSLAM equipment - OAM of Huawei MSAN/DSLAM equipment family and Alcatel-Lucent DSLAM equipment - Involved in implementation, configuration, activation and testing services - Respond to customer-affecting service problems or failures in order to minimize their effects on customers, and to invoke the restoration of the service. - Performing customer service problem localization analysis
