Main duty • to bring back customer’s confidence; to finalize implementation in CORE, IN & VAS projects for 2008. • to organize all orders for new project in 2009 (People Management, Order Management and Change Management) • Cross functional data workflow for future extensions and Budget plan for 2009/2011 for next 15 projects (pre-sales and Business Development activities) • To sell/offer better solutions from E/// portfolio (pre-sales preparation and marketing presentation of CS4, etc.)

• CTO accountability for preparation & skill-transfer for 3G GSM Launch and then Business directives for period to 2011. In dual role as member of consultant’s team of Marketing TOP management and single activity as CTO/Product Manager result was creation of Business plan for whole Rwandatel’s network from 2008 to 2012. • The Business plan consists of Network Analyses (FIX network, CDMA, Wireless and Fiber Optic) with issues from 2007 to 10/2008, with financials parameters establishing of new Business

System Integration Customer Project Manager role (dedicated for Vodafone account) with basic PM activities: to plan, direct and co-ordinate activities in large system integration projects (including Risk management, Qualified Cost estimate, securing contract execution, implementation, integration, handover and acceptance)

• Direct responsible for all company projects (particularly those with significant performance impact &/or involving broad cross functional resource demands) – accountable for successful project completion (time/cost/outcome) • Top management team responsibility: full Business Development workflow for 2006 – to bring triple-play advantage but under already approved financial parameters from investors • Coordinate all project defined within the annual operating plan (& those generated during the year
