Initially recruited to create business and project plans assisting the company to meet multiple, rapidly changing long and short term goals; facilitating the development and oversight of several centralised services initiatives, such as banking operations in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia, before being appointed Head of Group Transaction Banking:

• Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals • Devising and establishing IT structure to support the implementation of strategies set by Executive Board • Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
