I am a perceptive professional with rich experience into Recruitment's, Project Planning & Management, Operation & Maintenance, Inspection and Quality Assurance. My training in Indian Navy in to various aspects of Leadership helped to evolve as person as a whole. After my initial stint in Navy I joined Merchant Navy as a Marine engineer and worked with multi ethnic people and gained cross culture expertise.
