Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.  Applying valuation methodologies such as DFC analysis and comparable company analysis. Assisting with the recruitment, interview, hiring, performance review and termination processes.

Preparing reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents. Managing office budgets. Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries. Organizing company events or conferences. supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.

Delivering professional Secretarial and administrative support to the Chairperson and CEO. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives. Answering phones and rout calls to the correct person or take messages.
